Please fill out the following form for each swimmer you are requesting a withdrawal from PFL Aquatics Association in advance of final attendance day. Registration fees and tuition paid are not refundable.
Competitive Teams: 45 days prior to last attendance date.
Shark School/Swim Up: 30 days prior to last attendance date.
There are no suspensions or refunds for medical or extra curricular activites. Swimmers may stay in the program while absent, but will not receive any refunds. Tuition will continue to be paid to save the swimmers enrollment in the program.
